Processing Time

At MUME, each piece is handmade to order with care.

As part of our made-to-order process, production begins once your order is placed. Please allow approximately 5 business days up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed, depending on current order volume and studio capacity.

If you require your order sooner, please send us an email at maison.mume@gmail.com after placing your order. We will do our best to prioritize your order where possible.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via DHL Express. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

International Shipping

MUME ships worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MUME is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on destination.

Refused Shipments & Unpaid Customs Duties
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other required fees, and the shipment is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned by the carrier, MUME is not responsible for any resulting loss. Orders that are abandoned or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund. If a shipment is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, and carrier handling fees will be deducted from any applicable refund or reshipment cost.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, MUME is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact both DHL Express and our support team at maison.mume@gmail.com to initiate a claim.
