1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our pieces are made to order. Production usually takes around 1–3 weeks, depending on our current workload and order volume.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at maison.mume@gmail.com before or right after placing your order, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to meet your timeline.
2. Can I request custom measurements?
Yes, we’re happy to accommodate custom measurements.
If you’d like adjustments such as length, width, or specific fit preferences, please leave a note at checkout and also email us after placing your order.
Most minor adjustments are done at no additional cost. However, more complex changes may incur an additional fee, which will be invoiced separately after your purchase.
3. Why does the payment show as CV Aura Kriya Busana?
Please note that charges may appear under our registered business name CV Aura Kriya Busana on your bank or PayPal statement, instead of Maison Mume.
This is our official legal entity in Indonesia. If you have any questions regarding a charge, please contact us directly before reporting it to your bank so we can assist you promptly.
4. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier used.
6. Can I exchange or return my order?
As all pieces are made to order, we generally do not accept returns.
For international exchanges, please note that return shipments to Indonesia may incur high import taxes, which can make exchanges difficult. If you have sizing concerns, we highly recommend contacting us before purchasing so we can guide you.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as each piece is made specifically for you.
8. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at maison.mume@gmail.com. We can update your address before shipment, but once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
9. What happens if I file a payment dispute?
If a payment dispute is initiated through your bank or payment provider, we are unable to proceed with production or shipment of your order.
We kindly ask customers to contact us directly first so we can resolve any concerns quickly.
