Processing Time

At MUME, each piece is handmade to order with care. As part of our made-to-order system, production begins once your order is placed. Please allow 5 days to up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed, depending on current order volume and studio capacity.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via EMS or Pos Indonesia, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., for a special event), kindly leave a note at checkout or email us at maison.mume@gmail.com after placing your order. We’ll do our best to prioritize your piece if possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MUME is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by destination.

Damaged or Lost Orders

MUME is not liable for any packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact both the shipping provider and our support team at maison.mume@gmail.com to initiate a claim.
